Keeps the flowers soooo happy and their water free of any gunky moldy stuff that can make them droopy and shriveled and sad. My roses have been here a week now and they're still blooming and gorgeous (this pic was taken today) :) Just another one of the gazillion and twelve things I use this blend for. I. Heart. It.
